We booked the home with cautious because there were no prior reviews. But , it was a wonderful luxury brand new apartment. My family with two kids enjoyed the stay very much. There are two comfortable bedrooms . One bedroom and living area air conditioned. Big plus is air conditions are new and cooling well. Modern kitchen available with all necessary kitchenette. Smart TV, sofas and sceneries on wall made our stay more enjoyable and relax. Bathroom is well occupied. It was a very clean holiday home and we felt like home. Private parking is available and very is to reach the property. Although we stayed only one day, there are all facilities available for a longer stay also. The host is very friendly and always in touch and helpful. We highly recommend the Cinnamon Holiday Home for guests for both shorter and longer stay and hope to visit again !

I would rate this place 100/10! The hosts were absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful. The location is close to the airport, making it perfect if you want a convenient connection for your onward journey. The room had everything we needed – it was lovely, clean, and well-maintained. The hosts even offered to take us to the airport very late at night, completely free of charge. They even gave us coffee! Such kind, generous, and selfless people. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone – it was truly a wonderful experience. Thank you ♥️

Big kitchen, if you want there is food and beer for you and in morning you will pay. In the nigt the planes didn't fly so the sleep was very quiet. AC quiet and have good settings like night mode.

We stayed one night at the Transit Studio Hotel, and it was a fantastic experience. Dave went above and beyond, picking us up from the airport at 2 AM, which was such a relief after a long journey. He was incredibly helpful, not only with the late-night pickup but also in assisting us with planning our route the next day. The hotel is conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the airport and directly across from the TukTuk Rentals office, making it perfect for travelers starting their Sri Lanka adventure. Our room was spotless, equipped with air conditioning, and had an extremely comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

I was in Sri Lanka for 47 days and this was our last accommodation. Without a doubt it was the best of all. Incredible the cleanliness and the modernity of the facilities I felt at home. You have an apartment for yourself with kitchen, living room, TV, washing machine and air conditioning, it's perfect! Thanks to the family in charge for everything and I hope you can continue with this since it is very pleasant to find these experiences and the breakfast is also 10/10. It may be a little far from Negombo but with pick me a tuk tuk makes everything easier.

Once you arrive, you never want to leave! The space is incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained. Located right next to the beach, both the main bedroom and the living room offer stunning ocean views, and each opens onto its own balcony. The modern-chic interior design perfectly complements the seaside panorama. Although the building isn’t in a bustling area, you’ll find restaurants and grocery stores just around the corner. It feels wonderfully private without being isolated. Delivery services like PickMe and Uber Eats work seamlessly (We’ve linked our Wise card to directly shop in LKR with a better rate), and the fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. The rooftop’s generous infinity pool is my personal retreat. I could spend hours gazing out at the sea. From up there, you can even glimpse the Port City skyline, including the Lotus Tower. The gym is well-appointed, and the rooftop dining area is ideal for meals or evening drinks. Our host, Sandaru, was an absolute delight. We needed to adjust our booking and check‑out times multiple times, and he handled every request with patience and responsiveness. Truly an amazing host. The building’s 24/7 security team is friendly and professional, and the maintenance crew does a fantastic job keeping the entire property clean, including the beach - spotless! We had absolutely no complaints. This place surpasses any hotel in terms of privacy, value, and flexibility.
