We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The view of the Lion Rock is fantastic! The cabin was perfect for us:) Peter called me when we arrived and explained all ins and outs of the area and gave us some great advice. He was happy to answer any of our questions any time of the day. The cabin with its garden are very private and amazing for some wildlife spotting. Our kids loved it. There is also a wood-fired pizza oven in the garden. Sumith put the fire on for us and Raja swiftly organised and delivered yeast and flour from the local bakery for our pizza baking experience:) We all had a lot of fun kneading the dough and baking pizza in a real outdoor pizza oven! It was delicious:). We used bicycles provided free of charge, washing machine and there is a drinking water dispenser in the cabin, so no need to buy bottled water:) We loved seeing wild chickens coming to the garden and peacocks were always a good entertainment for the kids;) Sumith brought us, freshly picked from the garden, jackfruit to try;)

A freshly built tree house in deep jungle off the main road, we traveled with a bike so it's location wasn't a problem for us. It is apart of a Sri Lankan home but a bit away from the main house. Quiet at night. Big and comfortable room with 2 double beds. Spacious bathroom. Loved the place! Highly recommended!

Very nice place in a silent environment in the middle of the nature alongside a little lake. A bit away from the village which makes it charming. Lovely host Hansi cooks a delicious breakfast for you! You‘ll be the only guest, as only one of 3 planned houses is finished (April 24).

I had a wonderful stay there. The property is next to the jungle with a beautiful garden where you can spend hours with watching all kind of different birds. It is just a couple of minutes walking distance to the town but it is so quiet and peaceful there. The family is lovely and they help you with everything you need. The facilities are basic but tidy and need.
