The homeowners Hajime and Yuko were helpful and attentive, they were trying their best to communicate with us in English. They also gifted us a delicious melon! The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Very well equipped and decorated. More than enough rooms and beds for a family of 6 of us. I liked how there is a shower upstairs plus the bath downstairs. Loved the sauna too! Location is excellent too, near to Hakodate Park and the Ropeway.

Very clean when we arrived. The staff was kind to arrange some more pots and pans when we requested and was also kind to arrange taxi on the day of check out. Yunokawa onsen tram stop is within 8 min walking distance to take downtown. There are departmental stores znd convenience stores nearby.
