The homeowners Hajime and Yuko were helpful and attentive, they were trying their best to communicate with us in English. They also gifted us a delicious melon! The house is within walking distance to the tram stations, and there's a convenience store just around the block. The housing area was quiet as it was away from the main roads. Overall we had a great experience staying here.

Very well equipped and decorated. More than enough rooms and beds for a family of 6 of us. I liked how there is a shower upstairs plus the bath downstairs. Loved the sauna too! Location is excellent too, near to Hakodate Park and the Ropeway.

Our apartment was excellent in almost every respect. Everything you might want to see in Hakodate is a short walk (5 - 15 minutes) away. The apartment block is located on a busy city street; you can catch a tram or bus nearby, for any location in town you might want to visit. The accommodation is very spacious, looks newly decorated and furnished, and is very clean, with comfortable furniture, especially the beds. There was no housekeeping, but we were given enough towels for our entire stay. The kitchen equipment is adequate, if you are not an enthusiastic cook. Wifi was stable and fast; there was plenty of hot water. The washing machine was a bonus; we do not read Japanese, so using it required some effort. Once the clothes are washed, however, there is no drying rack on which to put the wet clothes. The upper floor is reached by stairs.

Very clean when we arrived. The staff was kind to arrange some more pots and pans when we requested and was also kind to arrange taxi on the day of check out. Yunokawa onsen tram stop is within 8 min walking distance to take downtown. There are departmental stores znd convenience stores nearby.

There is a free parking just outside the apartment and the apartment is just at Ground Floor. Although we did not use much the facilities, the apartment is fully equip and my kids love the TV Netflix.

The building is really well centered, close to the tramway line and the historical area of Hakodate. We've got the simple studio on the 1st floor that is quite big. Very cosy and confortable - a warm apartment in winter, not noisy despite the 2 streets crossing upfront. Very large and good beds, a confortable cough, a big table and a nice kitchen. And a nice bathroom with separated and well equipped toilet. So a really good apartment.
