Amazing location (close to Rialto bridge). We booked a 3-bedroom apartment and it was massive and so well decorated. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The living area was huge too and the kitchen well equipped.

Amazing apartment, central to San Marco, 2 min walk from the square or 4 min walk to Rialto bridge. The apartment is clean, spacious with high ceilings, and it has amazing climate control all throughout the rooms. The bed is large and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious and the living room with kitchen has all amenities you need to make breakfast during times when nothing is yet open in Venice. The apartment is much better value for those who value space and location over the hotel, where the room would be much smaller for the money you would pay here. It completely exceeded our expectations, we would definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends who stay in Venice for 3-4 days. For longer stay I would suggest clarifying with hotel what is the policy for cleaning room, as we stayed for 4 days, and it was not that much of a bother to use same towels or use same bedsheets, but for longer stays it might cause discomfort, so it is best to have clarity with the apartment representative on how longer stays are managed, they are very responsive.

The flat was very spacious and stylish: a lovely place to relax after a hard day of sightseeing. Although we didn't do much catering for ourselves the kitchen was well equipped and a bottle of wine and some goodies were there when we arrived. The property has an office which is open from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. and the staff were very helpful and offered to organise transport or outings for us. Our flight was delayed so we arrived after normal check in times and we received very clear and helpful instructions on how to find the property and access the apartment.
