Location. A quiet place in the countryside. From the porch we had an almost 360 view from the sea to the hills. Host very friendly and kind. The lady also gifted us some homemade jams.

Perfect location: just a 5’ walk from the center and 10’ from the harbour. The apartment is super comfortable, extremely clean, fully equipped for preparing meals, and with a nice terrace. The staff is just amazingly nice and helpful. Can’t wait to get back. Secret gem: as an extra, ask them for a boat tour — you won’t forget it.

This is a gem of place. Located centrally in the harbour area with amazing views of the harbour, the boats and of course the sea. There is a small terrace nearby which is in shade in the mornings so perfect for that morning tea/coffee. The room itself was basic but functional and very clean and fresh. Good a/c. There is a small kitchen area which was sufficient to cook simple meals on. The best part of the hotel are the hosts who were exceptionally caring and service minded. Full of advice for local excursions and very helpful generally. A great place to visit and stay and we strongly recommend a visit. Very happy and would definitely go back.

This place is a small paradise. Clelia and Cinzia are wonderful hosts. They pay attention to all the details: From the beautiful garden, the comfortable studios to the breakfast on the terrace. Cinzia shared a lot of information about the island and activities. Our studio included a very comfortable double bed, a full kitchen and a bathroom with many shelves for all your stuff. Outside we had our own patio with dinner table and deck chairs with amazing view over the garden with fruitful trees, the village and the sea. The common garden had an outdoor kitchen and large table as well as a shower. We were offered to stay in the garden the whole day after check-out. Very convenient that you can shower there before catching the ferry. The location is also perfect - a few steps from the main square but still very secluded and quiet. Ustica is a lovely island for trekking, snorkling and diving. Perfect to move around with electric bike which can be rented by the port.
