This apartment had everything a traveller needed. The furnishings, dishes, towels, extra pillows and blankets were much appreciated. It was very clean and had a good view of upper Perugia. There is a washing machine, and an expandable drying rack. It was a nice bonus to have a bathtub as well as a shower - after all the walking and climbing, soaking tired muscles was wonderful. Secure underground parking was a bonus. It was a nice change to have a host meet us at the apartment and show us around. Sonia was always available to answer questions. I have read some comments about not feeling safe, but we walked to restaurants after dark and had no trouble at all. The proximity to the Minimetro was great.

Stefania is a wonderful hostesse, very kind and you can ask her anything about the location. The appartment is located just at the edge of the city and after some minutes of walking you can reach the city center. The rooms are spaceous, the kitchen has everything you need. The place was very clean and set up with attention to detail. The free parking is in the shades, so your car will not heat up, which was the cherry on top!

we loved everything about the property! Perugia is such a beautiful town and you have access to everything on your doorstep with this location, it is within walking distance from the train station, you have a number of bars and restaurants close by too. Deb went above and beyond for us, was so helpful and accommodating and the property had everything we could need! we were so appreciative of her great restaurant recommendations, and were lucky enough to get discounts along with free breakfast everyday at the local cafe, during siesta time we really appreciated the access to Netflix too! overall, would absolutely recommend this apartment and would love to visit again and stay here. thank you so much Deb for everything 💗
