A great apartment to stay in. Spotlessly clean. It has loads of storage, is comfortable and in a good location with parking, restaurants, pizzerias and supermarkets on the doorstop. The kitchen is well equipped not only with utensils and crockery but also cleaning products. The provision of a lovely breakfast is a huge bonus. When our flight was delayed the host was very accommodating in making our check-in easy. He is super helpful and kind. I recommend Appartamento 47.

I would like to share my delight about an apartment we recently visited. The apartment was amazing, clean and new. The bed linen was clean and ironed and the bathroom has a great shower with hot water, which is rare in Italy. Everything is regulated and the hot water came on immediately, making the stay comfortable. The house was well equipped with washing machine, iron, dishwasher, crockery and TV. The owner of the apartment was particularly hospitable, even bringing an extra bed (a bed, not a cot, it was important to the owner that his guest was comfortable, we are really madly grateful to him for that!)for our fifth guest. The mattresses on the beds were comfortable and everything was just fine. The host even bought for us water and products so we could have a breakfast as we were hungry after the plane. We are very grateful to the host for his hospitality and will definitely return again.

The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. It is located on the very edge of the city on a quiet street and can be easily found. There is enough place to park a car right under your windows. Breakfast is modest (that was declared). We communicated with the host remotely and it was really helpful - the restaurant that she recommended was perfect.

The flat has everything you need, it's very comfortable, quiet, with a nice balcony, just outside the city center but close in a nice area. Also parking is free and easy. Andrea was very smart and communication was easy. Thanks for everything.

The apartment was very clean, with good lighting and the location was good. It was easy to locate with a free parking space and a supermarket right in front. The staff was polite and helpful and always available even at odd hours.. The kitchen and bathrooms we're well equipped, and the beds were very comfy. We'll definitely return

Great studio apartment. Easy to find from the Milan-Turin motorway. Supermarket just 5 minutes away. Excellent host. Highly recommended
