Owner was really helpful and communicative. He managed the key to the apartment and to the free of charge garage too what was just 50 meters from the place. It was free to use the panoramic roof, what was nice view to Napoli and we also had an own roof terrace. The smaller and the bigger room were enough big for 4 person. We had wardrobe and many lights. Sound insulation is good. Fruit juices and drinkable water was in the refrigerator and have coffee what we can prepare in the coffee maker. The bes and mattress were very comfortable. The windows had shutters. The main door has a safety lock. Everybody was perfectly kind, the owner sent all required informations by whatsapp with google locations about the shops, restaurant, place for sightseeings. He answered us to our questions and helped to make our vacation better.

The location was within easy walking distance of the airport for our early morning flight. It was very clean with plenty of tea, coffee, snack and breakfast options left out. A nice touch was that they left fresh cherry tomatoes, basil, olive oil and crisp bread for a delicious snack. Very nice bathroom and shower.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is in the center of Naples. The hosts met us and explained everything about the apartment and the neighborhood. They were always available on WhatsApp and we could ask questions at any time. They left a LOT of tangerines, apples, three types of cereals, croissants, toast bread, yogurts, milk, butter, etc. for breakfasts, We drank coffee every day but did not use all the capsules they left for the machine. The apartment is new and was even decorated for Christmas. You can choose different types of lighting; dim, bright, side, from the ceiling... A grocery store is one block away. The apartment has an inductive cooker that works well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking dinners and breakfasts. A very good and inexpensive pizzeria is round the corner. A tourist services kiosk is two blocks away (we bought tickets to Vesuvius there and they were cheaper than a tour available online). It is only 20 minutes away from the train station and 20 min away in the other direction to the main square of the city. I read other reviews and expected it to be perfect, and it did not fail my great expectations.

The apartment is brand new and clean with great facilities. The bed is big and comfortable and all the amenities you need are provided for you (water, towels etc). The property was fantastic. Very secure apartment, great noise cancellation and the dual aircon was a welcome feature during peak summer. The apartment was incredibly tidy and Anna was wonderful. Incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment had great facilities such as a large induction cooktop. Street parking outside was easy to find. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will most definitely choose to stay here when we come back to Napoli. Nothing but the best of experiences at Gallery Home Napoli :)
