Comfortable and clean, equipped with style and it’s functional, air conditioned, everything we needed was there. Beds were comfortable and spacious. Check in and out very easy. It’s in the beautiful center in Modena, but apartment is in quite building. You get the free parking with a card that owner put on the desk when you arrive. That’s a very good gesture. And the public parking it’s on a street next to the house. It’s not hard to find, just look at the pictures of the stay. There is entrance on one. But before that there is gate that you open with app. But be careful when you use navigation, ours guided us at the very end trough the area with limited traffic. You need to go on Viale Vittorio Veneto. Navigation took us on Corso Canalchiaro to the property. The host is very friendly, we actually didn’t meet him in person but he responded quickly when we needed him. And free nespresso capsules. I highly recommend this place

We found that this apartment to be roomy & in an excellent central postion to restaurants & shopping. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Parking is close & free if organized with Host Erica who extremely helpful.

I like the position next to Mercato Allbilini in the centre of the old city. I like the registration of the car allowing us to park in the restricted zone. spacious apartment with lots of little amenities. we will use it again.

The place was absolutely perfect for my stay. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to main attractions and shops. The apartment had everything I needed, very comfortable and well-equipped, and it felt like home from the moment I arrived. The host Barbara was extremely kind and always ready to help. Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a great location, right around the corner from Osteria Francescana. Owners were very efficient with communication and service at all hours. We had to change rental cars and they were able to get us an updated car permit within 48 hours notice of arrival. The toilet flush got stuck and was continuing to run. Despite it being in the evening, within 2 hours they sent someone to fix it. Very happy with our stay here.

A large and very modern apartment. The hosts have cameras at the entrances and they can open the doors remotely. There's a parking right outside the apartment. The place is super clean and has a modern feel. The card for the trash container was provided! The aircon worked flawlessly. The kitchen is exemplary, fantastic, a dream of a cook.

(Important to note that there are two apartments in this listing - The large Apartment A, located across the hall is lovely with a patio, the other, Apartment B is a small studio). We stayed in the studio where liked the location, the cleverly designed little cabinet-kitchen, the new bathroom fixtures, and great shower. The WiFi was excellent as was the new flat screen Smart TV. The host was very cordial, and immediately addressed any issues.

We loved staying at Loft Albinelli! The apartment is spacious, clean & everything works well. The check in process was really easy, as the host met us at the apartment. The location is fantastic, as it's right in the middle of a great part of town, yet is peaceful & quiet. The views from over the city roofscape was so beautiful! It was also very handy having a washing machine to wash our clothes!
