A beautiful apartment in the heart of tranquil Modena. A five minute walk to the famous market; 2 minutes to square with great gelato, restaurants and bars; across the road from branded shopping like H&M, Mango and Benetton. Really well appointed, fantastic shower, great beds, good kitchen with everything you need. Breakfast is cappuccino or espresso and a pastry at the bar 50m from the apartment owned by the brother of the owner. Try the fresh orange juice as well - delicious - and great staff. The lift does not go to the street level so need to take luggage up stairs about half a floor to get to the lift.

The apartment is located in the heart of Modena, in a quiet street, on the 5th floor- there is a small lift. It was big enough to accommodate our family of four. It's decorated in a lovely artsy style that makes you feel like you are home. There is a living room with a big table, two double bedrooms, a tiny but sweet kitchen with a small table for two (great to enjoy that Lambrusco in the afternoon ;)). There is a long bathroom with a shower. And even a balcony where you can enjoy the sound of the church bells. The hosts were very helpful- I couldn't locate the iron and received the response in no time. Altogether great place, I highly recommend it!

Beautifully decorated spacious apartment in a great location, right around the corner from Osteria Francescana. Owners were very efficient with communication and service at all hours. We had to change rental cars and they were able to get us an updated car permit within 48 hours notice of arrival. The toilet flush got stuck and was continuing to run. Despite it being in the evening, within 2 hours they sent someone to fix it. Very happy with our stay here.

A large and very modern apartment. The hosts have cameras at the entrances and they can open the doors remotely. There's a parking right outside the apartment. The place is super clean and has a modern feel. The card for the trash container was provided! The aircon worked flawlessly. The kitchen is exemplary, fantastic, a dream of a cook.

(Important to note that there are two apartments in this listing - The large Apartment A, located across the hall is lovely with a patio, the other, Apartment B is a small studio). We stayed in the studio where liked the location, the cleverly designed little cabinet-kitchen, the new bathroom fixtures, and great shower. The WiFi was excellent as was the new flat screen Smart TV. The host was very cordial, and immediately addressed any issues.
