We only stayed one night, but everything was truly perfect. The owners were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We had made a small mistake with our booking, but they handled it with great understanding and even upgraded us. They also allowed us to check in earlier, which was much appreciated. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and thoughtfully equipped. Every detail felt high-quality and well-considered — from the kitchen with its full range of utensils, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and kettle, to the comfortable and stylish furniture. Nothing felt standard or “basic”; everything was carefully chosen and in excellent condition. A bottle of water and even a bottle of wine were waiting for us — such a lovely touch. The bathroom was spotless and tastefully arranged, with everything we could possibly need. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bedding and pillows were of outstanding quality — something you rarely find in apartments. The large shower and the overall cleanliness and finish of the apartment were simply superb. We were genuinely happy with our stay and wish the owners continued success and many wonderful guests. Highly recommended — we would absolutely return!

Very nice accommodation with a great, well-kept garden with wonderful plants and trees. The house with the apartments has an ideal location, you are within a few steps directly at the lake. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very clean & nicely furnished. Everything was great, we would love to come back!

The location was great, close to everything and the apartment was spotlessly clean. We loved having access to a balcony too. It was very easy to communicate with the host to arrange check-in and he continued to support us with advice on local attractions, restaurant recommendations and even a weather update! The view of Lake Maggiore from the apartment was amazing and very picturesque. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was a small bottle of Limoncello left on the dining table when we arrived and some basic cooking items in the cupboards. Our host, Carol was welcoming, checked to see that we were happy with the apartment and assisted us to obtain a taxi very early in the morning. Carol also provided us with suggestions as to where to eat and what to see.

The apartment finish is of high standard. Eveeythimg needed for self-catering is available. We arrived late but our host Euginia was very helpful and understanding. She helped us with information for self check in promptly. The view of the lake from the apartment in the morning was amazing. Verbania is about 7-10 min and Stressa about 30 min drive

Large balcony’s with a beautiful view over the lake. One bedroom apartments, spacious for 4 people and very clean and equipped. The outside of the complex from the 70’th could use some refreshments, and the corridor to the apartment is almost disgusting…. But this is not the experiences of the insides of the apartment, which are clean and modern. 5 min drive to Verbenia nearest cosy city, also with restaurants and shopping. Location is very nice, 5 min walk to lake. Would not hesitate to come back. It is worth the money.

A stunning view, terrace with barbecue, surrounded by nature and silence. We didn’t have to ask for anything, the apartment is well furnished. Smart check-in and checkout. The location is great, close to the cosy Verbania and perfect to reach tracking paths. Due to the seasonal opening we couldn’t try the swimming pool but this is one of the reasons we are definitely coming back.

Villa Selva is one of the nicest, if not the nicest property I have ever visited. The apartment is spacious, immaculate, and well-equipped and nothing beats that view of Lake Maggiore. The garden is private and beautiful just like the nature surrounding it. Carol is more than helpful and you can inquire with her about everything you need. Warmest recommendations to everyone visiting Lago Maggiore!
