Our suit was newly built and we were the first ones to stay. It was very clean, spacious, well equipped and walking distance to all areas in old town. The breakfast is served to your room at your desired time 🙂 and it was a real delight suitable to all diets. Both Giannis and Efi are great hosts, their kindness and hospitality are worth to highlight. We really enjoyed our time in Utopia, certainly will visit again. Many thanks.

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

Well located away from the mad tourist rush yet only an easy 20 minute stroll from the Old Town. Several very nice restaurants, shops, bakery etc. close by and just 5 minutes walk to local beach which was not at all busy. Host Vasilis was outstandingly helpful in arranging taxis etc. and directing us to attractions, restaurants and so on - he could not have been more welcoming and kind.

The new Marina is also about a 8-10 min walk. We had a fruit basket, bottle of wine & bottled water for our arrival- which was a lovely touch. We loved everything about the apartment! We will definitely be staying the next time we visit!
