We were a group of five friends and stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable. The room facilities were all clean and seemed brand new. The bathroom featured a bidet, which was a great touch for us! The apartment also had a TV, internet, air conditioning, a coffee machine, and even an iron and ironing board. It’s within walking distance to Fabrika, Marjanashvili Metro, Freedom Square, and more. Highly recommended!

One of the most unique and memorable parts of our stay was the basement — a real archaeological treasure! Nini shares the history of these discoveries with so much love and respect that you truly begin to feel the spirit of the Old City. The rooms are clean, cozy, and full of character, with great attention to detail.
