The place had all things you could possibly need for your stay away from home, even tips on places to visit. This fully self-contained private apartment/flat is perfect for a short or long stay. This property is very spacious, clean and comfortable – the beautiful garden with seating is a bonus. All fittings and appliances as well as the bed are of high quality. Sue went out of her way to facilitate our stay and help us celebrate a special occasion. She also provided us with advice regarding places to visit. A special welcome pack was appreciated. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. The location is ideally situated with St Michael's Mount (Marazion), The Minack Amphitheatre (Porthcurno) and St Ives reachable by public transport. The St Erth to St Ives train ride is recommended – saves you trying to park in St Ives and you get to see the views from another perspective.

Sophie’s place in Penzance was an absolute delight! The room had the most incredible view of the Celtic Sea—I could’ve spent all day just gazing out the window. The house itself is super cute, spotlessly clean, and really well-organised. It felt cosy and welcoming from the moment my friends and I had arrived. The host was fantastic —kind, responsive, and respectful of our space. He's thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and stress-free. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere, this is the place. Would 100% stay again!

The accommodation was clean, warm, well kitted out and in a lovely quiet location. The hosts left a nice welcome treat for me and my dog and communication was pleasant and easy. There was an information booklet containing all I needed to know, including the wifi code. There were also towels, bedding and all the domestic paraphernalia I needed. Id happily stay here again. The place is so cosy and welcoming, extremely comfortable, I didn’t want to get out of bed in the morning. The views are exceptional, the accommodation had everything I needed, I had such a lovely relaxing time away, bonus was the cream tea x 4!! Ladie provided very good instruction how to get there. It was very usefully. It was hairdryer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee and coffee maker, tea. House was clean and tidy. Beds are comfy. Beach is close and shop as well.

This was our second stay, we enjoyed the apartment and area so much last year. The property was spotlessly clean with thought gone into every aspect of what you would need in a self catering apartment. The hosts were very contactable if needed and even left a welcoming bottle of wine and box of chocolates as well as milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. The views over the sea, harbour and St Michael's Mount were lovely. The property provides secure parking and is only a few minutes walk from the railway and bus stations making travel simple.

Very well equipped modern apartment which has everything you need for a great stay. The owners have thought of everything! Location is great for trains and buses and the view from the apartment is beautiful. Probably the best equipped apartment I've stayed in with high end appliances. Very comfortable bed .

Access to the studio was easy with the use of code. Well designed apartment. Comfy bed, and I like the idea of being able to rotate the tv between the lounge area and the bedroom. Effective lighting in all areas. Quiet location. Close to transport routes for discovering this area of Cornwall. Thank you for the biscuits and the pint of milk. So nice to be able to make a cup of tea on arrival.

Lovely views as we stayed in the attic flat! Quiet street but only 5 mins walk to town/train station. Everything you need and quite spacious for a studio. Clean and very good value for the price! We loved our short stay!
