The best showers we have ever had! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. We cooked and had dinner twice and it was even possible to do that with two more family members staying next-door. The location is wonderful, you can do everything on foot! There is a Sainsbury’s a bit further down the road. I had been worried about noise from outside. We had a room to the front and it was perfectly fine at night. We were woken up by the seagulls having a laughing fit. During the daytime more sounds travel up, so it might depend a little on the time of year. We were there in February, when it grows dark and cold early.

Beautiful apartment building in an ideal location for us. Just two minutes' walk from the seafront, and local bars and cafes in Hove, and 20-30 minutes walk to Brighton town centre or a short bus ride - with lots of buses passing close to the apartment. The apartment was clean, comfortable, stylish and quiet.

It's walking distance to everywhere in the centre of town and moments from the railway station. I've stayed before and will stay again. Niki always goes the extra mile in providing little details that make your stay more comfortable There's a coffee machine with pods, and the usual tea coffee etc, and this time there was an air fryer. I didn't use it but hey, it was there.

The location of the property is superb, there’s plenty to see and do within a short walk, and you’re in the heart of the buzzing nightlife. The property boasts a lovely terrace where you can sit to enjoy drinks, and soak up the sounds of the city. There’s a very useful lift in the block, and taxis will pick you up at the end of the street. Communication with the hosts is excellent; they attended to our queries promptly and efficiently.

The best showers we have ever had! The bed was comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed. Super modern apartment with all the facilities you need for a longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher. Super comfortable bed and very quiet. Very friendly staff too. Very handy to shops and all the main things to see and do in Brighton. Great room layout and space to spread out. Felt really big for a studio apartment. Amazing value too.

Lovely little flat, right in the centre of town. Very clean and smelled lovely inside. Well equipped for a short stay apart from the no WiFi. Once in the apartment, it was lovely, don't let the dingy communal entrance put you off!

The setting was really nice and the loft studio was very well presented with excellent facilities. The gesture of leaving milk, orange juice, tea and coffee was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
