Really exceptional villa, modern, well equipped, nice decorated into the very small details, weather was cold, so we couldn't use the swimming pool, but it is amazingly located. The view from the leaving room and balcony is just astonishing. The host answered very fast and always positively for any of our requests. Crazy location for relaxation vacation yet, close to everywhere between Monaco and Nice

Excellent stay.😉 The apartment is very well located. 20 minutes from Monaco. And 30 minutes from Nice. It has stores very close. Apartment with 1 bed and a convertible sofa Ideal for small families. Very quiet. Very comfortable. It has everything you need. Private parking. The owner is always attentive, constant communication and very friendly.

Facilities were amazing! Breakfast condiments along with tea and coffee provided, microwave, kettle and hob was really useful to us also. We had brought our own washing pods however they had been provided too! We were nervous about the parking situation however we had nothing to worry about! Parking garage is a lot bigger than some others we’ve visited and the parking space was a good size.

The apartment is great, the location is perfect – just 15-20 minutes from the old town and the city centre, and just 7-10 minutes from the train stations if you want to visit Monaco or other cities on the French coast. The hostess was very friendly; she met us at the door and explained everything and showed us how it works. It has a wonderful living room, two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook, plenty of dishes, coffee capsules, laundry capsules, and a washing machine and dryer. Bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel) were provided, and they even provided enough toilet paper for our week-long stay. The apartment is simply magnificent, modernly renovated, and everything is very clean. The flowers on the balconies are especially noteworthy; they make the interior very cozy. The loggia has lots of flower pots – amazing. I highly recommend this place. Importantly, the supermarket is just a one-minute walk away, where you can buy absolutely everything you need. I'd like to especially thank the hosts for their hospitality and wonderful apartment!

Small but well appointed, clean, and comfortable apartment. Nice view of the sea and mountains. Good interaction with the host. There’s a small beach nearby.

It is a very nice, clean, well furnished, and well located studio. Everything is like on the photos. In 5 to 20 minutes you can reach Cap-d'Ail, Monaco, Roquebrune Cap-Martin, Beaulieu-sur-mer, and Nice by train. There is a very nice beach in 5 minutes on foot from the appartment. Special thanks to Pascale for the hospitality and warm welcome ! We spent a great time in your apartment !
