Fantastic place, I fully recommend it to anyone staying in Neu-Ulm/Ulm. The room was cosy, quiet and comfortable. The kitchenette was well-equipped. Getting to the place was well explained and host gave very precise instructions about picking up the keys. Apartment is well equipped with everything you can imagine. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is reserved parking space which is few meters from the entrance. Be advised, though, that apartment is on the last floor of the building without elevator; not a big deal if you have no problem with such a concept.
