The house is cleaned spotlessly, the facilities are complete and all new, and the maintenance is great. A very beautiful and brand new community with good gardens. It is quiet at night and provides a great place to rest. It is considered the best new community in the surrounding area. The transportation is also very convenient, close to Line 5 subway, and parking is also very convenient. I lived happily and my family also liked it. The entrance is the main urban road of Line 5 subway and high-tech zone. There are many restaurants at the entrance, and the breakfast is also very rich, top-notch. Across the street is a six story large shopping center with a wide range of food, drink, and entertainment options, which is quite convenient. There is also the Huangjia Pao Mo main store and Zhu Xiuying Bang Rou snacks at the entrance. The landlord's service was quite good, staying up late at night and receiving instant messages. Thank you for the service provided by the landlord. It's also very convenient to go to the Ming City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Hui Muslim Street. If you love it, you can live comfortably. Come back in the future. Wishing the shop owners prosperous business and abundant wealth.

Very satisfied, the house is very clean and tidy, well maintained. The new house, flooring, and furniture, as well as the beautiful landscape garden downstairs, are of good quality. The property management is also in place, and living here feels like home. The landlord was also very nice and waived my housing deposit. We had a pleasant communication and recommended many scenic spots in Xi'an as well as delicious restaurants. The transportation of the house is convenient, about 450 meters to the subway station, and it is also close to large shopping centers - Taiao Square and Wanda Plaza. There are many supermarkets and restaurants at the entrance, and breakfast is available at 5 am in the morning. The house is located on the ruins of the Weiyang Palace in the Han Dynasty more than 2000 years ago, which is very nice. The next time I come to stay with you, this will be the most satisfactory accommodation I have ever had.

From start to end you won’t be disappointed with this stay. Your host is literally at your call to assist in coordinating everything smoothly and with the objective to making your stay in Xi’an easy and one to remember. The location is second to none, right in the heart of food and shopping. The markets around the accommodation have some great art, trinkets, traditional food and the mall. Located near the southern gate, you are t far from anything and taxis, tuk tuks or DiDi isn’t far away. The layout is suitable for groups and families with two showers and bathroom for convenience. The loft area holds a sitting area with a room with two large double beds. Downstairs has the bathroom, kitchen, two bedrooms each with large double beds and a common area with table, couch and tv. The beds are large with enough heating and cooling to keep you rested and comfortable. The kitchen holds a functioning oven, cooktop and microwave with washing machine. Of course our host went above and beyond making our stay wonderful.

There is also the Huangjia Pao Mo main store and Zhu Xiuying Bang Rou snacks at the entrance. The landlord's service was quite good, staying up late at night and receiving instant messages. Thank you for the service provided by the landlord. It's also very convenient to go to the Ming City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, and Hui Muslim Street. If you love it, you can live comfortably. The apartment was really nice. It had two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge and washing machine, a living room, and well-working air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds. Metro is within walkable distance but maybe just a bit too far when you have luggage. Staff was friendly and spoke some English.
