It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible especially Quorra who speaks English very well and goes above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this hotel especially as a foreigner!

The room is spacious, big enough for our family to stay. The staff is very warm welcoming and supportive, I gave feedback that some marks in the fridge, the staff then sent a cleaner to clean it, quick response. I also like the mountain view from my room.

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.

The property is a steal! We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and the room fitted us comfortably. Location was good, the apartment was clean (there's basic housekeeping) and the staff were helpful with our requests. There's also a washing machine we can use (you can request free detergent from the property).
