Good location, well equipped facility and amenity, friendly host taking care of a-z for visitors. Spiez train station is near and short walk. Peaceful village and kind local neighbors helping visitors were really impressive. Definitely good choice for longer stay.

Our stay was truly memorable, thanks to Lula’s incredible warmth and attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly arranged — she shared clear check-in and check-out instructions, making the process effortless. Lula went above and beyond to make us feel at home, thoughtfully preparing a welcome package, stocking the fridge, and ensuring every essential was in place. Her kindness and care were evident in every small touch, and she regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable. The accommodation itself was cozy, spotless, and offered beautiful views from the porch — a perfect spot to unwind. Lula is one of those rare hosts who genuinely cares about her guests’ experience, and it truly shows.

The apartment was fantastic & very good value for money. It was exceptionally clean, well equipped & stylishly furnished. Everything was of excellent quality & very comfortable. The hosts made us feel very welcome & could not have been more helpful or hospitable. The location was very convenient with the bus stop being in view of the front door. Spiez is an excellent place to stay as it is on the mail railway line with easy access in all directions. Having stayed in Switzerland over 20 times this was the best rental apartment we have been to & we will definately return here.

Very nice apartment next the spienz lake with a short walk for very beautiful view. The host is patiently help us on the car parking issue. Easy check in / out instructions, just the parking slot show in the instructions is quite confusing
