We had a problem on arrival, as the property didnt have our reservation for that night. The booking details she had received from bookings.com was for 19 July. We had booked it and had everything confirmed our end for 18th. The owner did her best to rectify the situation and we had to wait an hour while she prepared our room. not satisfactory and disappointing. Have already lodged the complaint via customer service. Please advise if you havent received it.

Very friendly generous hosts. They let us check in early and looked after our bags on our last day. Apartment was lovely, very clean and well equipped and very spacious. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of food, freshly made, delicious scrambled eggs and damn fine coffee!! And also very yummy hot chocolate!! Great location, just across the river from the centre so very close but not noisy.

Le Franchet is situated in Dinant. Free WiFi is available throughout the property and Anseremme is 4.3 km away.

Fantastic apartment. Highly recommend. Sylvie allows bicycles on big outside deck overlooking the river, so big tick for cyclo tourism Has outside seating and table . Beautiful view over river at night .
