This was a condominium rental without breakfast. Location/view/amenities/cleanliness were great. Luna Sol staff were available to answer questions and address issues/requests via WhatsApp. Open-air taxi carts were available for short trips around Phu Quoc at 15,000 Dong per person. Grab and Xanh SM taxis were available for longer trips. NOTE: Room cleaning is every other day (every 2 days), not daily.

Very peaceful place with walking distance to the beach and downtown. The staff was so kind and caring and they did everything for me to make my stay comfortable! Toan, who owns the place is very sweet and helpful. He arranged transportation for us the the whole day to go to different places and suggested places that we should visit and see. The staff is very good. Our favorite was Que. She was very sweet. They don't understand English but they all use Google translate and try to help you with everything. She always had a very cute smile. Facility was very clean and has perfect place to sit outside and enjoy the ocean. We had a great time. I will go back and stay here again.

If you’re looking for a place to recharge your mind, body and soul look no further! Very peaceful place to hang out by the beach. Our hosts, Polly and Tracy were exceptional. They helped us with everything from arranging phenomenal massages in our room, day trips, taxi drivers, etc. The entire staff were so friendly and helpful. Keep in mind this is in a remote location. You will need a car, motorbike or taxi to go pretty much anywhere. Great sea water pool that was clean, clear and refreshing. The rooms are a large size exactly like shown in the pictures. We spent two weeks here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
