This was a condominium rental without breakfast. Location/view/amenities/cleanliness were great. Luna Sol staff were available to answer questions and address issues/requests via WhatsApp. Open-air taxi carts were available for short trips around Phu Quoc at 15,000 Dong per person. Grab and Xanh SM taxis were available for longer trips. NOTE: Room cleaning is every other day (every 2 days), not daily.

This beachfront property offers access to a terrace. Extra facilities include a concierge service, meeting rooms, a tour desk and laundry service. The Homestay is located directly at the ocean with a very nice outdoor seating area. The room was nice and quite big with a window towards the sea and a nice hot shower. Toan and his team are very friendly and do everything to make your stay exceptional. Especially when my ferry was cancelled the morning I was supposed to leave, Toan was great help in re-organzing my hotel room at the next place. I also ate at the restaurant (The Waterfront) a few times and everything I tried (Vietnamese dishes and breakfast) was delicious.

Although this place is listed like an Airbnb, in reality it operates at the level of a high-end boutique hotel — and even better in many ways. The grounds are absolutely stunning and immaculately maintained — there’s a whole team constantly working to keep the gardens pristine and the beach loungers perfectly set up. The building itself is beautiful, modern, and stylish. Our room was sparkling clean and equipped with all-new, high-quality amenities. What truly sets this place apart is the incredible attention to detail and the warm hospitality. The kitchen is outstanding — everything is homemade by the talented chef. If you order eggs and toast, the toast is made from fresh homemade bread. If you get pesto pasta, the pesto is made from scratch. Every dish is not only delicious, but also beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. A very special thank you goes to Tracy, the manager. She is truly amazing — friendly, professional, and always one step ahead of your needs. Whether it’s renting a scooter, organizing transfers, or just making sure you’re comfortable, she handles everything with grace and care. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. Another highlight is the complimentary sports equipment available on-site — everything is brand new and in great condition, and there’s plenty of it. All the staff are consistently kind, helpful, and welcoming, making the whole experience feel effortless and warm. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully run beachside retreat, look no further. This place is an absolute dream!

Owner is really helpfull. All attraction are near by and owner of this hotel gave her own scooter for free for one day. Love this place
