She helped me plan a sweet surprise and set up a birthday cake in our room while we were out and about! He loved the surprise! Paula also booked us a massage in our room which was really nice! She was incredible and helped me with absolutely any question I had about hikes and activities! So not only is this a really lovely stay, but the staff are also incredible! I highly recommend!!
