It is set less than 1 km from West Lake and features a lift. The aparthotel offers rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. Such kind and wonderful staff. Apartment was very spacious and clean with comfortable beds, and we really appreciated being able to do some laundry. Nice, quieter location, but still close enough to the sights. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room was clean and comfortable! Each unit has a washing machine on the balcony, which is wonderful! Enough basic dishes and cookware to make your own meals. We bought an inexpensive dish drainer, a few more cooking utensils, and a couple of extra dish towels as we stayed for 10 weeks. Close to Lotte Mall with a large supermarket in the basement. Also, a small WinnMart down the alley--a few steps out the door. Try Jewel Diner down the road. Several bus stops nearby. The city busses are an inexpensive way to get around. We found that Google Map was usually very accurate in routes and times, often better than the Hanoi Bus app. We are headed back to Hanoi for another month and will stay at Joy Apartment Tay Ho again!
