Having the washer and dryer was very helpful, and microwave as well. The property staff were very helpful and attentive. Te black out blinds were excellent. The room was quiet and we could not hear any of the outside traffic. The room had air conditioning and a large tv with access to Netflix. WiFi was good and reliable. The bathroom was clean and well designed. They even helped keep our excess luggage till we return from travelling around Vietnam.

We had a lot of contact via WhatsApp, she helped me so much and organised my transfer to the airport as well! The place is beautiful and really quiet. I loved staying there for the three nights in Hanoi. One of the best rooms on my trip!
