All the staff are super friendly, but Kâzım at Ulu, was especially helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and spacious and well equipped. When we wanted a reservation at a fancy restaurant they called for us as they knew the staff and managed to get us (a group of 15 people) a reservation.
