We like everything. We like a comfortable room, an excellent breakfast, a room service, a mountain view from the balcony. The pool was excellent and properly heated. I would definitely recommend the hotel. In our opinion, the hotel deserves an excellent rating of 10.

Arrived at night with my brother and stayed overnight, booked an apartment that was well pre-heated in cold winter and everything was just nice about the place, clean etc, nice area. Breakfast was a buffet in a beautiful restaurant with nice ambience and cozy in the winter. Great place for couples and family's. Staff is nice and all, really nothing to complain about.

Calm, a lot of parkings slots, very cooperative staff. Room is better than expected. We got "no problem check in" at 3AM (wow!).

The place was very nice and comfortable. It was a little cold when we first got there but after a while, it warmed up. It was cozy and nice. The balcony was overlooking the snowed-in area and the breakfast was decent too.
