It is situated 2.8 km from Praia de Porto Pim and provides luggage storage space. The aparthotel features family rooms. Wonderful Quiet Attic Apartment with strong and stable WiFi. Apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It even comes with a washing machine and detergent. Apartment faces a large garden so it's really quiet. Sound proofing is pretty solid. Plenty of street parking within 20-80m. Wonderful Hosts! Gina was very responsive with clear communications. Her husband, Josue met us at the property to go through the apartment features and entrance requirement. We would stay again when we return to Horta. :)

Way more comfortable and cozy than a typical holiday apartment. Perfectly clean, fabulous harbour view. Would be happy to return.

We are vegan and the host switched our breakfast with losts of fresh fruits and vegetables which is a very nice gesture. Totally recommend the place.

They include a seating-dining room offering a cable Led-screen TV. The apartments have direct access to the garden area of the patio, including a playground for children. Great place to stay, we only spent 1 night but it was everything we needed. Very comfortable apartment, with comfortable beds and it’s always a plus to have great AC in the summer heat. Also although we didn’t get to meet the staff due to our self checkin they were very friendly and informative.

Before I came, I had asked about the room with the great view of Pico, and was happy when I found on my arrival that I got it. In fact, it is not only a room, but a whole, big apartment with a well-equipped kitchen, a wonderful living room, and a bedroom with very new bed and that gorgeous view. I felt right at home and not just a little sad when I left. The women from the reception were extraordinarily friendly and helpful in every way. In short - my stay here couldn`t have been better.
