Each apartment, studio and suite offer a kitchenette with tea/coffee making facilities. This hotel was one of the cleanest & best maintained that we’ve been to. The reception was welcoming & the way the people take care of the property and guests is exceptional. The magnificent view and location In Russell can’t be beat!

Pioneer Waterfront Apartments are located in Paihia, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Paihia Wharf, departure point for ferries to the historic town of Russell, is only 250 metres away. We had a brilliant stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.

Situated opposite Te Ti Beach, Sea Spray Suites offer luxury accommodation with a private balcony or courtyard. All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen and satellite TV (Limited channels only). Our apartment was perfect, clean with ample space to move around and comfy beds. Laundry facilities and free parking was a bonus. We were at the back end of the property which was ideal as it was nice & quiet.

Each unit has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Great location across from the beach. Amazing super king comfortable bed. Lovely warm unit.
