The flat was very comfortable to stay in during 12 days. The view from the balcony was spectacular and everchanging. The hosts were engaging, very friendly, responsive, informative and 24/7 reachable. The apartment was very clean. We would come back any time.

Pioneer Waterfront Apartments are located in Paihia, surrounded by shops, cafes and restaurants. Paihia Wharf, departure point for ferries to the historic town of Russell, is only 250 metres away. We had a brilliant stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend

All rooms at Edgewater Paihia have views toward the ocean. Each apartment includes a spacious kitchen, laundry facilities and an en suite bathroom with under-floor heating. I paid a bit more than I usually do for a room and I’m glad I did. The room was spacious, clean, had all the facilities we needed…and it was a great view of the water and some good people watching. The location was great, a short walk to everything and not far from Waitangi. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again.

All modern apartments feature polished wooden flooring and a stainless steel kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious. The Property was Tidy and immaculate and very spacious for our family. Greatly positioned where it was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during the Waitangi week.

Each unit has a balcony, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV, while the private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. An oven, a fridge and stovetop are also available, as well as a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit includes bed linen and towels. Great location across from the beach.
