Rachel was the perfect host from the beginning. She was very helpful and provided much guidance in how to get in and out of the building and how to get from the airport to the apartment. Our favorite thing about her apartment was by far its location. It is located on one of the more popular streets in Nice and has everything within a 1 to 10 minute walk from the building. There is a Monoprix and patisserie around the corner, Kfc and burger king among many other restaurants and stores, the tram passes right outside the building and there is a train station only 7 minutes away which my friend and I used for all of our day trips.

Alain was so accommodating and readily available for anything we needed. The property is a 10-12 minute walk to the oceanside. The place simply exceeded all our expectations. It’s easily accessible, just 5 minutes from the center of Saint-Tropez, very secure, with an electronic gate that stays closed 24/7, providing us with peace of mind and safety. The room is like a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you might need, a spacious bathroom with an amazing shower, excellent-quality towels that are soft and fluffy, and a comfortable bed.

This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

I had the most wonderful stay here and I can't recommend this place enough for solo travelers! The property is an absolute gem, offering a peaceful retreat with only the soothing sounds of crickets under the pine trees. Every morning, there was a delicious and fresh breakfast with such a variety—whether you prefer savory treats or sweet pastries and waffles, there's something for everyone. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away, and the bus stop only 5-10 minutes from the property, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts are incredibly kind and chill, making me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a free ride to and from Saint Maxime, which was such a thoughtful gesture. From there, it's easy to hop on a ferry to Saint Tropez, with boats departing every 15 minutes. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I'm so grateful to have found such a beautiful and welcoming place. I can't wait to return!
