Each studio offers an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a fridge and microwave. A dining area is provided and there is a flat-screen TV. Very convenient to train station as well as tram, busses and metro. Walkable to waterfront and an endless supply of eateries and shopping along the way. The apartment itself was clean, modern, well equipped. Building hallways are well lit, elevator is modern, apartment is quiet and feels comfortable and secure. Building staff were friendly, responsive and helpful. Excellent accomodation!

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. Really enjoyed the apartment styled room. It had everything you need and more. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great and close by the train station. I would definitely choose this stay again whenever I am in Nice! Also liked the the door were all code related so no need to carry around keycards or worry about losing them.

Located in the centre of Nice, Aparthotel 9 ALBERTI Nice Centre is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Plage Opera. The aparthotel features family rooms. How well thoughtout the space and attention to detail is. It is equally aesthetic, beautiful, comfortable yet practical. We love everything about it!!!!! And super great communication & now smells of fresh croissants 🥐🥐

The property has sea and mountain views, and is 200 metres from Borrigo Beach. It was on great location,very clean and comfy.The balcony was big and have sitting area plus two sun-beds to relax.Staff at the reception was very nice and welcoming. Situated within less than 1 km of Gazagnaire and 2.5 km of Palais des Festivals de Cannes, Maison Carla Rosa Cannes provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cannes. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Beautifully designed, very clean, spacious suite. We really enjoyed our terrace overlooking the pool. The staff were so friendly and accommodating - originally we were set to arrive at 5 pm but were delayed and the staff waited for us until we came at 8 pm to welcome us and explain all the amenities/unit. They greeted us with a bottle of wine and bowl of fresh strawberries. The toiletries were also very nice (Nuxe) and the bathrobes were luxurious. There is a smart TV which has all the streaming apps available to log in to which was a nice bonus.

The aparthotel will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a safety deposit box, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is also a well-fitted kitchen in some of the units equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, and a microwave. At the aparthotel, each unit has bed linen and towels. We arrived during the heavy rain at late night and nice lady from reception Rita helped us with everything, it was such a warm welcome like you came to your friends place. Room was excellent, nicely decorated.

Located less than 50 metres from the beach and 1 km from Palais des Festivals, Residence Gameau offers self-catering accommodations with a private, furnished terrace and a flat-screen, satellite TV. Free WiFi is provided. This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

All apartments and studios at Villa Leonie have a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, hot plates, a microwave and a dining area. Several bakeries, shops and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. it was a super surprise. because in life everything is much better than in the photo. I had a room with a huge bathroom. the hostess and her father take care of the villa, creating a super cozy atmosphere. they are so nice and friendly in communication. the feeling that you have stepped into a time machine and are living in a museum
