Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

The place seems recently renovated, so everything feels quite new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room size is perfect for a family of three and includes all the essentials. A great choice for families with one or two kids.

Property is very well designed and decorated. All new and everything works perfectly. Small and effective kitchens in the units. Pool is awesome. Very laid back but still sophisticated.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. It is the only hotel in the town. Beautifully designed property. The staff were amazing hugely attentive. The bar was great and the swimming pool was great to relax at.

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. I had the most wonderful stay here and I can't recommend this place enough for solo travelers! The property is an absolute gem, offering a peaceful retreat with only the soothing sounds of crickets under the pine trees. Every morning, there was a delicious and fresh breakfast with such a variety—whether you prefer savory treats or sweet pastries and waffles, there's something for everyone. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 2-minute walk away, and the bus stop only 5-10 minutes from the property, making it easy to explore the area. The hosts are incredibly kind and chill, making me feel right at home. They even surprised me with a free ride to and from Saint Maxime, which was such a thoughtful gesture. From there, it's easy to hop on a ferry to Saint Tropez, with boats departing every 15 minutes. Overall, this was a perfect stay, and I'm so grateful to have found such a beautiful and welcoming place. I can't wait to return!

Spacious room, lovely garden, fully enclosed private gate and really friendly host, got everything you need for a vacation in Nice. Highly recommended!
