Located a 15-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, Studios Floreal offers modern self-catering accommodation, 1.5 km from Nice Old Town.

Each studio offers an equipped kitchenette with electric hotplates, a fridge and microwave. A dining area is provided and there is a flat-screen TV. We had an amazing stay at Rachel’s. The neighborhood is super safe - the studios are in front of a central avenue at Nice (even though there’s always someone out, it’s not noisy at all at night). It was full of restaurants and local commerce. Worth to mention is almost next to the trains station, which was very convenient for a daytrip. At Nice, you can find everything you need (especially tourist-wise) at a 15 min walk tops from the studio. The place itself is clean, very resourceful (we found everything we needed at the kitchen) and well taken care of. The bathroom is modern and functional. Rachel and the guardienne were always prepared to talk to us and help if needed. We were able to leave our bags there after the checkout, before we left to the airport. Would definitely recommend and come back.

Each of the studios and apartments have been renovated in 2017 and feature a dining area, a seating area and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The private bathrooms come with either a bathtub or a walk-in shower and a hairdryer. All rooms are soundproofed. The kitchenettes are equipped with a microwave, a hob and a refrigerator. My favorite place to be, cozy and fancy at the same time - Maison Lamartine is where you are a guest, not a client. Spacious, smart and very comfortable, rooms really worth it. If you have opportunity - take the one with a view 😍, the only thing that can compete it is generous breakfast in the garden. People who work here will bring you a good vision on southern French hospitality and make you feel home. I’ve been to dozens of hotels this year and no one impressed me like that.

Located in the centre of Nice, Aparthotel 9 ALBERTI Nice Centre is a recently renovated accommodation, which provides soundproof rooms. The property has city and inner courtyard views, and is 600 metres from Plage Opera. The aparthotel features family rooms. I liked the interior of the apartament, excellent condition and all the needed facilities are included! Very fast answering to the questions and solving the situations.

Situated in Menton, 11 km from Grimaldi Forum Monaco, Résidence Hôtelière Chambord au coeur de Menton - entièrement rénovée offers accommodation with a shared lounge and private parking. The property has sea and mountain views, and is 200 metres from Borrigo Beach. The aparthotel features city views, a sun terrace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. Everything was perfect! We ll return for sure!

Situated within less than 1 km of Gazagnaire and 2.5 km of Palais des Festivals de Cannes, Maison Carla Rosa Cannes provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Cannes. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. There is free private parking and the property features paid airport shuttle service. Everything! We will be back! Andre also found my computer that I left behind in the room. I had to drive back from Italy to pick it up. He delivered it to my car. Thank you Andre.

The room is like a small apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you might need, a spacious bathroom with an amazing shower, excellent-quality towels that are soft and fluffy, and a comfortable bed.

Could not recommend this hotel enough. It is the only hotel in the town. Beautifully designed property. The staff were amazing hugely attentive. The bar was great and the swimming pool was great to relax at.

Located less than 50 metres from the beach and 1 km from Palais des Festivals, Residence Gameau offers self-catering accommodations with a private, furnished terrace and a flat-screen, satellite TV. Free WiFi is provided. This was our second visit to Residence Gameau and it was just as good as we remembered. The studio apartment is very clean and comfortable, and well equipped. The delightful owner is on hand to help with any issues (we didn’t have any!) and kindly looked after our luggage on check out day so we could spend some more time in Cannes. It is an idea base to explore the area and we look forward to staying there again on our next visit to this lovely part of France.

Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Incredibly friendly hosts. They offer free shuttle service to (and from) the nearby town, śanidanai prepared on request - scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pancakes. Breakfast very good. Rooms clean, comfortable, quiet, calm, incredible comfort.
