It is brand new and super comfortable. Very clean. You get a big comfortable queen bed, a big bathroom with hot water, great WiFi, a small patio, and a perfect small kitchen. The family is absolutely amazing. They made me feel very welcome and l loved spending lots of time with them. Their three children greeted me with a smile and tea every morning. The children and I played cricket, football, biked, and laughed everyday with each other. I ate food with them and the mother is a great cook. If you want some really good Sri Lankan food, ask her for dinner. I ended up staying more than 2 weeks because the family and the private room were so great. It is about a 5 minute drive from the town and beach area, so I rented a scooter from them.

If you're looking for the perfect spot to enjoy the nightlife near Jungle Beach in Unawatuna, this is the place to be. The location is unbeatable, offering easy access to both the beach and vibrant nightlife while still maintaining a peaceful, relaxing vibe. The hospitality was exceptional—everyone was so friendly and made me feel right at home. The place was spotless, which really added to the overall comfort of my stay. One of the highlights was their on-site taco restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious—some of the best tacos I've ever had! Whether you're staying there or just visiting the area, you have to try their food. I can't recommend Taco Super Place enough for anyone visiting Galle or Unawatuna. It's the perfect mix of great vibes, amazing food, and top-notch hospitality. I'll definitely be coming back!

Black Honey is located in a beautiful spot in Ahangama, facing a paddy field in a quiet neighborhood that's still close to the main street. The location is incredibly convenient. The property offers a lovely pool that guests can use at any time, and it's especially peaceful at night when you might have it all to yourself. I was instantly impressed by the minimalist interior design, which creates a truly relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The operations manager, Savi, is friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. Overall, I would rate this place 10/10 - it's an perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay.
