The aparthotel features family rooms. Location is convenient. The apartment was beautiful. Comfy futons/bed. The washer/dryer in room was really useful. Everything was clean and new. Even a dyson hairdryer and vacumn. Communication with owner was exceptional. Always fast to reply to my questions. Its a short walk to train station and easy to move around. They were easy with picking bags up later in the evening/night. Will definitely recommend to friends.

I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave a card and a box of candy which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate it. I also asked the rug to be removed and they were really helpful with that.

Very comfortable and clean apartment, everything you need was provided. There was an elevator, what was extremely convenient. The location is great as well, close to two major metro lines and right next to Skytree. Even then, it was a quiet location. The host was very friendly and helpful, answered any question almost instantly. I was even allowed to check in much earlier, because the apartment was already prepared at 12. I will definitely keep that apartment in saves for our next trip to Japan :)

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a one big family room in Japan near Asakusa area. Definitely a five-star stay!
