Wonderful amenities from kitchen utensils to washing machines with detergent. Plus, it comes with mountain view. The only downside is that it is a little far from the city but if you rent a car, then it’s not a problem at all. Also, you have to go to another hotel to check in and there’s no staff at the property to assist you if you have problems. My room’s door(room 102) won’t open after we insert the door passcode but after it happens for several times, i solved it out myself by keep pushing the door left and right until it opens.

The property is very new, well kept and well appointed. Heated toilets, great bath tubs, Aesop soaps and body balms in every room. Heated towel racks. Well-equipped kitchen, with a great view of the slopes. Heating was fantastic (we went in Dec for skiing and the room was always at the perfect temp despite sub-zero temperatures outside). Turndown service was great, they cleaned every day, and the staff were really helpful. There is ample parking, and generally easy access. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely come back!

Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Fabulous place to visit to relax and enjoy the scenery. The host was very helpful and super friendly. The Vietnamese food cooked by the host was delicious and if you're lucky you might get a free dinner or two. The host was so nice she even offered to drop off my wife and pick her up at an event my wife was attending giving me time to relax at the pensions garden. Looking forward to visiting Hanoi pension again.
