The directions were AMAZING - included photos of buildings, how to get from subway platform to apartment --- everything so detailed. the apartment itself was great - clothes washing machine, heater in shower/tub, good size fridge, and a couch large enough to sleep on! Once we figured out to how to use the washing machine (haha) thanks to detailed photos and instructions - we had a great little 'home away from home'. Just a short 3-min walk to subway. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was celebrating my birthday, and they gave a card and a box of candy which was really thoughtful and kind. Really appreciate it. I also asked the rug to be removed and they were really helpful with that.

The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with, and they sent me a well-written handbook with lockbox instructions, detailed directions to the loction, house info & rules. (in Japanese and English!) Their efforts were very much appreciated.
