We are frequent family travellers in Japan, and so far, this was the best apartment hotel for families or groups that we have stayed. It was a unique experience for us, particularly, the Japanese ambience and style located in the heart of a city which was also the best part of it. Every members of the family enjoyed every single day because if its comfort, with individual privacy and we were able to sleep well after a long day of tour and shopping. Beddings were clean, the AC worked well, 2 shower rooms with adequate water supply are perfect for groups not to keep us waiting. They have a small but complete kitchen, we were able to heat or cook our meals in the morning. Every detail of how it was designed and constructed was so efficient and the quality materials are impressive. They also have a lift and location of the apartment was just near the shopping areas and convenient stores.

The room was really big, and it was great to have a washing machine and be able to dry our clothes. It was nice and quiet and a short walk to get to some shopping. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

It’s a super easy walk from Hakata Station — just straight ahead, nothing complicated (about 15–20 minutes with luggage). We stayed as a group of 4 and could open our suitcases under the TV area without any problem. The staff were really helpful and took great care of us.
