A great shower spotlessly clean . Access is via a large door then a lift to the 3 floor where we were greeted by a receptionist. The interior of the building is beautiful. The breakfast room was very authentically Florence!. We had a lovely breakfast there every morning. Juices / cereals/ fruit/eggs / bacon/ jug and cakes and good coffee

Excellent hotel in the heart of Florence. We had a room with the balcony with Duomo square in front of us. Very friendly and helpful staff.
