The shower in our accommodation was the best shower I have possibly ever had, and the beds were very comfy!

From the front desk staff right through every amenity provided, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was lovely. The elevator really helped, as my father has mobility issues, and even though we were in a busy square (which was a plus, since it was a super short walk to the Uffizi Gallery), we hardly heard any street noise.
