The Villa is located pretty far away from Tuscan towns, people, up on the hill - which is perfect for a quiet, peaceful stay. You can enjoy your morning coffee with a fresh cornetto, then sunbathe and swim in the pool which is of appropriate size. No crowds in common areas, just a bunch of families and couples enjoying their peaceful vacations. The Villa is located a 30 minute drive from nearest towns which are full of great restaurant and cafes. On Saturday we were offered dinner cooked by the owner, it was delicious and we highly recommend this experience. Location is great for people wanting to unwind and visit a couple of Tuscan towns. Not that great for somebody wanting to sightsee all of them. There are multiple rest areas through the villa and its gardens, you can find a nice spot anywhere you’d like.

It was everything we needed and more for our short stay holiday, very quiet and relaxing. Sarna is situated in a good location and we were able to visit some fabulous places using Sarna as the perfect base. Our son loved the pool - basically a natural pond turned into a beautiful swimming pool. The staff were exceptional, the room was clean and the restaurant was delicious.
