The location was fantastic! We had a large private yard with a view of the ocean. The sunsets on the water were stunning. Our apartment was spacious and attractive. We could walk to the beach, the supermarket and the center of Forio within minutes. Another little bonus was a vegetable garden that we could pick from. Delia and Francesco were so hospitable and helpful in every way. This was a perfect place for our family.

Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. Everything about this property and our stay in Forio was amazing! Marta was so friendly and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed.. Great restaurant recommendations, provided us with a beach umbrella, bus info, simple breakfast provisions for our first morning as we arrived late evening the day before, helped organize a taxi to the port on our last day and generally being very responsive on whatsapp when things arose. Our apartment had a spacious patio and view of the ocean...so peaceful, the sunset was beautiful. Exceptionally clean and well equipped, we made several meals here and enjoyed the pool, loungers, sauna and the terrace. Cleaning service was provided halfway through our stay, extra towels etc..strong air conditioning and laundry facilities were great. A 10 minute walk down a short cut to Citara beach, we did this daily. The bus stop at the end of the street was very convenient for getting around the island. Marta was also very kind to my children, 9 and 11-year-old boys, which is always appreciated. We spent a week here, the end of a long trip around Italy, and it really was the best way to finish our vacation.

At the aparthotel, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. We were absolutely enchanted by the breathtaking view and completely amazed by the magical sunset. The nearby hotel offers a lovely swimming pool for Sentinella's guests for free. It also has a delightful restaurant that provides even more stunning views of Casamicciola port. The apartments are very comfortable, providing a pleasant atmosphere for spending time. The kitchen is well-equipped, and all amenities are conveniently available, including air conditioning. One of the apartment's most charming features is the owner, who was incredibly courteous and assisted us with everything we needed. Without his invaluable help, we would have struggled to explore the many wonderful places on Ischia.He was instrumental in helping us rent a car, provided recommendations for the best restaurants, and guided us on how to get to our desired destinations. His proficiency in English made communication seamless, and he was always ready to lend a hand. Additionally, he gifted us some of the most delicious vegetables from his garden, which we enjoyed even after leaving the island. The combination of a welcoming host, picturesque surroundings, and superb amenities made our stay truly unforgettable.

Apartments at Residence Posidonia feature a seating area, TV and kitchenette with a stove. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer and free toiletries. The apartment is in a great spot very close to Ischia Porto centre (although see below) and the views were amazing from our balcony. Our room was very well presented with plenty of space and good facilities. We loved our stay in Ischia at the residence and would definitely return when next visiting the island. That said, the real highlight for us was meeting Francesco and Guiseppe, who manage the apartments. They are lovely guys, nice to chat to and very helpful with anything relating to the apartment, getting around Ischia or visiting Naples, etc. They also communicated well with us prior to our holiday to make sure everything was organised and ready for our arrival. I was traveling with my wife and 3 years old son and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The location is perfect and the people who works at the hotel, restaurant and the garden are so super friendly. It was our first stay at Ischia/Forio and we have promised ourselves to come here every year and stay at the exact same place. We talked to some guests and they have been coming back for many years to the same hotel. We had a memorable stay. It was also my birthday and they surprised me with a bottle of cava and different sweets. This hotel is walking the extra mile for making your stay just perfect. The room was super clean and had everything you needed. Villa Ravino Secret Retreat is a beautiful relaxing slice of heaven.

Ischia Blu Resort offers direct access to a private, equipped beach in Ischia Porto, and is near the ferry harbour for connections to the mainland. It offers bright and spacious studios and apartments, most overlooking the sea. WiFi is free. The place is located right in front of the beautiful ocean and just few minutes from Ischia Port as well. The only negative part was that there was little bumpy road from the port to the hotel with luggage and the hotel reception to the elevator was no elevator. But the place is amazing and the stuff we’re very kind, lovely and helpful which erase those little inconveniences. The room we had was sea view was absolutely satisfying the purpose of visiting the island. We will definitely come back next time and recommend to all my friends :) Grazie Mile per tutto

Villa Olivia has the most beautiful pool and garden area of any holiday property I've ever stayed in. And you can pick lemons and fresh herbs from the garden. There are stunning views wherever you look. And a Japanese foot massage bath! The view over the sea from our balcony was my favourite, especially at sunset. Olivia and her lovely father Giuseppe could not have been kinder or more helpful, they go all out to make your stay a blissful one. Bear in mind the walk down to the beach although short (10-15 minutes) is quite steep. The walk into the centre is easier and takes about the same length of time. As others have pointed out, parts of the road have no pavements. It didn't bother us because we got used to that holidaying in Croatia. The beach Spiaggia Chaia is beautiful. The water is calm and shallow, so good for children. Lastly there's a spa supermarket right next door.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with beautiful views and everything you could ask for during a stay on Ischia.
