The place was extremely clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and organized from the moment I arrived. What truly stood out was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and very attentive. Any question or request I had was handled immediately and with a smile. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even better. Overall, this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed in — spotless, comfortable, and supported by the best team. Highly recommended!

We stayed at apartment 7 - only apartment on the top floor. It was very quiet, spacious and our daughter really liked the play corner with toys. Everything functioned well. Access is easy and shops/restaurants are within walking distance. There is a very nice park few minutes away. Great support from the host - always online and helpful.

The apartment was exceptionally clean and well organized. Plenty of towels. Very comfortable bed. There was even a bottle of wine, water, coffe capsules with the machine all filled and ready, and some snacks left. The apartment has everything you could need for Shabbat - platter, urn, dishes - everything. Beautiful views and the outside table and chairs had even been cleaned so you could sit down immediately without getting dusty. Would highly recommend - especially to anyone who has family in Protea BaHar, and wants to spend a Shabbat with them.

With a central position next to Ben Yehuda street, Lev Yerushalayim Hotel is just a 20-minute walk from Jerusalem’s Old City. The room was comfortable. The wifi was good. The people who worked there are very nice. Special shoutout to Saja and Atwan for making our stay great. The breakfast was also very nice and fresh. We definitely plan to stay there again.
