The owners were exceptionally easy for us to get in touch with and they were very keen to make sure we had an unforgettable vacation. The location is very quiet and also central at the same time. We couldn't have imagined a better location. A little tip from us - ask for a sunset photo on the terrace. Wonderful view.

From the very beginning of the reservation, Natassa was there for us. She won us over with her incredibly warm attitude, which was reflected in real actions—for example, our flight arrived early, and she welcomed us right away. She treated us with homemade jams, made by herself, along with wine, fruits, and she even baked an amazing cake (and shared the recipe). Our entire stay and planned activities were made possible thanks to her! The apartment smells wonderful, is spotlessly clean, and has comfortable beds and pillows. The design is new and modern. There’s a coffee machine with fresh capsules provided every day. There’s also a public parking area nearby. We would gladly return. A thousand thanks to Natassa! Highly recommended!

The property features pool and garden views, and is less than 1 km from Papadiamantis' House. The aparthotel has family rooms. I would give Althaea 15 stars if I could. The accommodation is beautiful, the pool is amazing. The rooms are exactly like the photos. Spotlessly clean, very comfy beds and amazing air-conditioning. Location is fabulous, 10 minute walk to town (no hills or steps) and a 3 minute walk to bus stop 3. The family who run the hotel are lovely people, extremely helpful. There is a little cafe/bar, very reasonably priced and the drinks and food are wonderful. It is very quiet and relaxing. If I didn't live on the other side of the world I would be back next year. I would highly recommend this accommodation

This is a lovely, family-run property where you can truly feel the care and hospitality. Christos, the host, and his wife Vaso were fantastic — very friendly, always pleasant, and ready to help with anything we needed. The location is ideal: right on the main road in Agia Paraskevi, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The area itself is very nice, with great tavernas, several supermarkets, and a bus stop nearby — making it easy to explore the entire island. It’s also perfectly positioned if you plan to visit other beaches. The apartments are spotless — cleaned every day, airy, bright, and very comfortable. Towels and sheets were changed every other day. The bed is large and very comfy. All linens and towels were brand new, and the kitchen and bathroom equipment were modern and in excellent condition. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend Golden Evelyn to anyone visiting Skiathos. We will definitely return!
