We couldn't find the hotel on the first day and the owner contacted us and came to where we were and helped. We stayed there in Batumi for the new year holiday with my family for 4 nights. As Batumi is a small city , everything is in walking distance. However the location of this apartment is like in the middle of everything. 2 mins to Nuri Lake , 5 mins to beach , 5 mins to Europe square etc. Amenity was good with 1 queen bed and one foldable sofa in the living room , a small balcony and toilet/bathroom. Everything was clean and tidy. Apart from everything , Irakli , our host was super friendly,always at reach and helpful. He was more like a friend than a host. I can now say that I have a friend in Batumi. Surely I will pick this place up for the next visit in case. Thank you Irakli for your help !

We had a pleasant stay, house was clean, the furniture was new and comfortable, hot and cold water was available all the time. Place was remote, far from the city centre, so it was quiet, nights were cool, balcony door had insect screen so it was peacefull too. Shared kitchen, washing machine was also present, dining room had air conditioning

A quiet place with a peaceful atmosphere (at least in October) and with a great view of the Black Sea and the city center of Batumi. Great staff. Especially Avto helped me a lot, he’s a great guy. He speaks English fluently. It’s close to Makhinjauri train station. The room and the bathroom was super clean. It’s easy to reach. With taxi you’d pay max 10 laris or you can take the local bus.
