I would especially like to commend David, the receptionist, who went out of his way to help me out. He spent nearly half an hour with me on the phone to resolve my issue. He also put in a request for a late check-out time, i.e. 1 p.m. 😀. He frankly deserves a 5-star rating. Jack, the receptionist, was also polite, cooperative and helpful.

In the heart of Liverpool's city centre, the luxury Posh Pads (Liverpool 1) Apart-Hotel is just metres from Liverpool ONE. The historic Casartelli building was built in 1790, and the hallways have marble flooring and granite walls. Posh Pads features a 24-hour reception, 2 on-site restaurants and free WiFi. We stayed a night at Posh Pads, and I think you will be hard pressed to find better value for money for accommodation in Liverpool. For almost half the price of a four-star hotel, you get a full apartment with a separate living room which usually includes a kitchenette with all the appliances you need. It's great for families (especially if you intend to or need to do some cooking), and for longer stays as the apartments come with a washer. The service is largely excellent, and the apartments are clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is marvellous.

Mischief Liverpool is a recently renovated aparthotel in the centre of Liverpool, 500 metres from Liverpool Central Station and 300 metres from Lime Street Train Station. The property features city views and is less than 1 km from Philharmonic Hall and a 10-minute walk from Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. Western Approaches Museum is 1.2 km from the aparthotel and Liverpool ONE is 700 metres away. Great location, perfect condition, cant complain for the price 10/10!

We stood in app 31 at 3rd floor, apartment is big, very very clean, heating is working fast in the room, carpets/moquette is fluffy and very nice, kitchen is equipped with what you need for a city break, a lot of windows inside so you have a lot of natural light. Location is excellent - just some meters by walk to the city center. Safe zone area, staff is very polite, helpful, always smiling and you really get this wonderful feeling that you are on a vacation. I would repeat to stay at the same property if it will be available and I plan to revisit Liverpool - a VIBRANT city, full of life and wonderful people.

Liverpool ONE is an 8-minute walk from Staycity Aparthotels Corn Exchange, while Royal Court Theatre is a 9-minute walk from the property. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 7.5 miles away. The accommodation has everything needed for a short/long stay. You can cook yourself a nice meal if you like it or you can order in the hotel's restaurant. The bathrooms are spacious enough and the shower cabin is one of the biggest I've seen since staying in hotels. The room is very cozy and is being heated in a proper manner thus you won't feel the cold in the winter or from the sea breeze. Overall the accommodation made a good impression on us and made us stay at the same hotel but in another city when the time comes.

Aparthotel Adagio Liverpool City Centre is nestled between Liverpool Central railway station and Clayton Square Shopping Centre. Offering a free on-site fitness centre and free Wi-Fi, these apartments are 5 minutes' walk from Liverpool Lime Street Station and 10 minutes' walk from both the Echo Arena and ACC Liverpool Convention Centre. The apartment was very clean and had a small kitchen stocked with utensils and a full sized fridge. The bed was great and the bathroom clean and modern. Location was brilliant - opposite Liverpool Central Station and just one block walk to Bold Street - a whole street of fabulous restaurants. We had exceptional meals at KO GRILL (Indian) and CRUST (authentic Italian pizza). Our favourite coffee shop was BOLD STREET CAFE. Apartment was also a 15 minute walk to the docks where all the museums and art galleries are located. We extended our stay.
