Spacious terrace and beautiful plants around, well maintained area. The house was cleaned and towels changed every two days. Free parking on the quiet street around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach, and quick exit to motorway. We had half-board and food was diverse and of good taste.

There is plenty of space and the shared pool is also a welcome addition. The cleanliness is exceptional, our apartment was cleaned almost every day. The staff is very kind and tries to help and solve any problems. For example I did not like the hard pillow, so they gave me a soft one immediately.

Kitchenware is also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, units have bed linen and towels. I think I have never stayed in such a gorgeous place like this. Yet a simple place, with a quiet, and friendly atmosphere. It was simply AMAZING. The apartment was very spacious (including the bathroom) and It had everything we needed. the staff was super duper kind and even got us Xmas gifts (Spanish traditional dulces). Very close to shops, many restaurants, and supermarkets. Besides the pool, they have this private pathway straight to the Puerto del Carmen beach. I would definitely book it again, and I do recommend it!

The grounds are very well kept and nice. It’s really clean and well secured with a locked gate for entry. We enjoyed the quiet, chilled vibe. Rooms are ideal for two people. From our veranda we had an amazing sunset view which I’ve attached.

I can not even expected something so special. Everything was perfect, the reception, bar staff, night security guard, people inside. Extremely clean! It's a very relaxing place, perfect if you are with family. Not suitable for too much aggressive bands 🤣
